Welcome to Al Baraka International. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of albarkainternational.com (the “Website”) and any order you place with us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.About Us

Al Baraka International is a manufacturer, importer and exporter of protective gear, flight wear, hosiery, leather garments and uniforms, based at 316 Zakaria Road, Lane 1, Westridge II, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@albarkainternational.com or +92 51 5474838.

2.Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes, materials and finishing may vary slightly between production batches. Product details on the Website are for general guidance. If a specification matters to you, such as fabric, size, colour or flame resistance, please confirm it with us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Product availability can change without notice. We may update, change or withdraw any product at any time.

3.How to Order

• Orders are placed through WhatsApp. When you tap “Order on WhatsApp” on a product, a chat opens with the product name and link filled in.
• Sending a WhatsApp message is a request to buy, not a confirmed order. An order is only accepted once our team confirms it with you in writing on WhatsApp, including the items, quantities, price and delivery details.
• Please check every detail in our confirmation. Tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• We may decline or limit any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your location.

4.Prices and Payment

• The final price for your order is the price confirmed with you on WhatsApp or in our written quotation, in the currency stated there.
• Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
• The payment method and payment terms are agreed with you when your order is confirmed. We usually dispatch goods once payment, or the agreed payment terms, are in place.
• Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges, taxes, customs duties or import fees.

5.Bulk, Institutional and Custom Orders

• We supply government and semi-government bodies, security services, factories and commercial buyers in volume. For these orders, send us your requirements, including quantities, specifications, samples and deadlines, and we will prepare a quotation.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 15 days.
• Products made to your specification (custom size, colour, material, logo or labelling) are produced only after you approve the details and, where agreed, pay an advance.
• Once production of a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Delivery times for bulk and custom orders are estimates agreed at the time of the quotation.

6.Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery is described in more detail on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We will keep you informed of any delay.
• Please give a complete and correct delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
• We ship within Pakistan and to other countries. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes and clearance requirements in your country, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us or to your nominated carrier.
• Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if it is visibly damaged or incomplete.

7.Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

• Before dispatch: you may cancel a standard order by contacting us on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. Custom orders are covered by section 5.
• Faulty or incorrect items: if you receive a defective item or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. After inspection, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
• Change of mind: standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and in original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• Not returnable: custom-made products, items made to your specification, and used or altered items, unless they are faulty.
• Approved refunds are made using a method agreed with you, normally within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

8.Protective Gear and Proper Use

Our products are designed to give protection in demanding work, but no protective equipment can remove all risk.

• You are responsible for choosing products that suit your task, environment and level of risk. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.
• Use, clean and store each product according to any instructions provided. Inspect it before each use and replace anything worn, burnt, cut or damaged.
• Unless a product description clearly states a specific standard, rating or certification, you should not assume the product meets one. Where you need a particular standard, please request it and confirm it with us in writing before ordering.
• Products are not a substitute for training, proper procedures or other required safety measures.

9.Customer Accounts

You may create an account on the Website. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaches these Terms.

10.Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• use the Website in any unlawful way or for any fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or other users’ accounts;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or disrupt the Website’s operation;
• copy, scrape or reuse Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics and design, belongs to Al Baraka International or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our written permission.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or lost production time, arising from your use of the Website or our products;
• our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned;
• we are not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse of a product, use outside its intended purpose, or failure to follow instructions;
• we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13.Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, strikes, power or internet failures, supplier delays, transport disruption, government action, import or export restrictions, or war. If this happens, we will let you know and work with you to find a fair solution.

14.Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15.Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.

16.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If we cannot, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

17.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18.General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery page and any written confirmation or quotation we send you, make up the entire agreement between you and us.
