• Contact, quotation and newsletter requests: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, your message, and details of your requirements such as quantities, specifications and deadlines. If you tick the newsletter option on our contact form, we also use your email address to send you updates.
• WhatsApp orders and enquiries: when you tap “Order on WhatsApp”, a chat opens with us that includes the product name and link. Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name and the messages you send are shared with us through WhatsApp. This includes any delivery address or other details you give us to confirm your order.
• Account registration: if you create an account, your name, email address, password and saved addresses.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring website and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.
• Cookies that keep your wishlist and login session working.

3.How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations, including bulk and institutional requests.
• To confirm and process orders placed through WhatsApp, and to arrange delivery.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your wishlist and login session working and to understand how visitors use the Website.

5.WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

• WhatsApp (Meta): all orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp. Your use of that service is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not control how WhatsApp handles your data.
• Google Analytics: described in section 4.
• Delivery and courier services: we share your name, delivery address and phone number so your order can be delivered, including internationally.
• Website hosting and email service providers.

We share it only with the service providers above, with customs and shipping authorities where needed for international deliveries, when required by law or a legitimate government request, or to protect our rights, customers or Website. We are based in Pakistan and ship to customers in other countries.
